Refund policy
We will happily accept exchanges of Ready-to-Wear items in their original condition (not worn, washed, or damaged) mailed back within 14 days of receiving your garment.
If replacement stock is available, exchange items will ship within 7 business days of receiving your return item. If no replacement stock is available, you will receive Peplum Co credit for the amount of your return.
Made-to-Order items (with no customizations) and in their original condition (not worn, washed or damaged) mailed back within 14 days of receiving your garment will receive Peplum Co online credit with a 15% restocking fee. New replacement items from Made-to-Order will need to be re-purchased with your online credit and typically take 5 to 6 weeks until they are ready to ship.

Please see below for our return shipping address. We are not responsible for shipping costs of your return items to or from. If you are shipping from overseas please note your return as a gift so we don't pay duty upon receiving it!

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Customized and sample sale items are considered final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We also cannot accept returns on gift cards.

If more than 2 business days have passed since we've approved your return, and you haven't seen your Peplum Co Credit emailed to you please contact us at hello@peplumco.com.
