Returns + Exchanges
We will happily accept returns of Made-to-Order and Ready-to-Wear items in original condition (not worn, washed or damaged) mailed back within 14 days of receiving your garment for Peplum credit with a 15% restocking fee.

Once your return is received and approved we will send you a Peplum Co online credit for the amount of your return minus the restocking fee.
New replacement items from Made-to-Order will typically take 4 to 6 weeks til they are ready to ship. Ready-to-Wear items will ship within 7 business days, however is dependant on stock available at the time.
Exchanges
The fastest way to process your exchange is once your return is accepted by us, make a separate purchase for your new item online with your Peplum Co Credit.
Shipping
Please see below for our return shipping address. If you are shipping from overseas (and you remember ;) please note this as a gift so we don't pay duty upon receiving it!

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Customized and sample sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We also cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Credit
If more than 2 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, and you haven't seen your Peplum Co Credit emailed to you please contact us at hello@peplumco.com.
